In this position, your role is to provide market leading customer experiences to Vodafone consumer and business customers through a variety of channels in-store, via inbound calls or online chat. We’ll grow your capability to deliver great customer experiences across all channels by providing you with career pathways beyond traditional retail. We will provide the training, knowledge and tools you require to be successful and turn this into a career. A significant amount of our senior leaders within the business started in this role and we consistently strive to develop and promote from within.
About you: You might have previous experience in customer service in retail, hospitality or a contact centre, or this role might be a new career option for you. Key is your desire to deliver great customer experiences and be capable of connecting with a diverse range of people. So if you have a strong desire to learn and grow and want the opportunity to do this on the job then Vodafone Retail is for you!
