About the role
This role is responsible for providing Noel Leeming employees with training and system support. In addition, you will also be responsible for Internal and external customer support, sales and channel support.
- Respond and investigate all telephone inbound queries from internal & external customers
- Handle customer requests/queries with professionalism and urgency with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure all escalations are dealt with efficiently and promptly and engage the Resolution Managers if/when required
- Communicate new processes, promos & outages to internal customers
- Ensure all data entry is accurate and performed in a timely manner with an emphasis on ensuring efficient product fulfillment and service provisioning
- Resolve conflicts promptly while preserving the customer relationship
- Providing Noel Leeming employees with training over the phone for product and system knowledge
- Redirecting to the appropriate Vodafone support as needed
- Support Vodafone Retail Operations from time to time
We will provide an extensive induction programme and ongoing training however, to be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Be self-sufficient and having the ability to work both remotely and autonomously
- Knowledge of Vodafone systems and suite of products
- Be process driven and target-oriented
- Competency in writing business letters and emails
- Strong knowledge of the Noel Leeming Siebel workflows
- Basic business finance knowledge
